Here’s our weekly top 5 selection of awesomeness from the world of digital design. Curated by the design team at Plant

Marquons l’histoire

Parallax Galore! Designed and developed by Deux Huit Huit for supporters to enjoy and learn about the CONCACAF Champions League run. The website explains the tournament and its meaning through artwork made by Jimmy Vong. A refreshing take on sports design!

Make it Bright by DIADORA

Follow 70 different runners on their quest to deliver a random individual a pair of shoes by foot. This is a great example of how to take a mediocre idea and turn it into something really good throu a kick-ass execution.

B&O Play – Beoplay A1

Brand spanking new campaign site for the Beoplay A1. Good example of how you can design and define a particular setting around a product. We especially like how the videos play according to your scroll rate.

Anton & Irene

We really like the way they present their skills as the absolutely first thing on their site. It is also refreshing to that they dont have long cases, but merely a link to websites they have made. In a way, seeing a live website is the best way you can judge it.

Google Cardboard and VR Interfaces

With the wave of serious virtual reality headsets about to hit the shore we are excited about the many new possibilities for human computer interaction the medium brings. We recently got hold of a Google Cardboard headset and were amazed about the smoothness and accuracy when navigating through menus in the Google Cardboard Demos for iOS. If the future of digital design is going to be three dimensional, we’ll be prepared.
